8upd was built with a single purpose: to create a space for Bangladeshi bettors with no language barriers, no payment hassles, and no concerns about security.
8upd believes technology can create equal opportunities for everyone. That's why everything is in Bangla, everything runs on local payment methods, and everything is built with everyday people in mind.
The demand for an online betting and gaming platform in Bangladesh existed long before 8upd, but most platforms were built in English, for foreign payment methods, and with foreign users in mind. Bangladeshi users consistently ran into language barriers, payment hassles, and a lack of support. 8upd was built to fill exactly that gap.
The team behind 8upd conducted in-depth research into Bangladesh's betting culture, local payment habits, and user expectations. On that foundation, 8upd launched in 2022 — with bKash-Nagad payments, a Bangla interface, and full coverage of local sports built in from day one, because serving Bangladesh meaningfully isn't possible without them.
8upd earned the trust of millions of users in its very first year — and the reason was simple: keeping its word. Compensating for delayed withdrawals, responding to issues fast, and taking user feedback seriously. These three commitments are what set 8upd apart from the competition.
Today, 8upd is Bangladesh's fastest-growing online betting platform. From the Cricket World Cup to the BPL, Live Casino to slots — 8upd is everywhere. And every step of the way, the people of Bangladesh have been front of mind.

To 8upd, Bangladesh is more than just a market — it's part of our identity. From cricket fever and BPL celebrations to the joy of Eid, 8upd is right there with its users during every occasion, with special offers, events, and lucky draws.
90% of Bangladesh's mobile internet users access the web through their phones — and 8upd knows this better than anyone. That's why every pixel of the platform is designed to look great on smaller screens. The app loads quickly even on weak connections, because internet speeds across rural Bangladesh can be unpredictable.
From Dhaka to Barisal, Chattogram to Rajshahi — 8upd has users in every division of the country. That reach is 8upd's greatest achievement: connecting not just with city dwellers, but with people across the entire nation.
8upd's customer support is available in Bangla, because many users aren't comfortable describing their issues in English. That simple language advantage is what makes so many users feel like 8upd is truly their own platform.
The biggest question in online gaming is: is it fair? 8upd answers that with technology. All slots and casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is independently audited by iTech Labs.
Odds for Sports Betting are powered by direct data feeds from globally recognized providers like Betradar and SportRadar. 8upd does not manually adjust odds — they update automatically in line with real market conditions.
Live Casino dealers from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live are trained to international standards. Every game session is recorded, and footage is reviewed in any disputed situation. There's no room for foul play at 8upd — because the system is designed that way from the ground up.
8upd conducts regular third-party security audits covering the platform's security systems, payment processes, and data protection. Any vulnerabilities identified are addressed immediately.
8upd has never stopped moving forward, and it never will. More game providers, a better mobile experience, and faster payment processing are all on the way. The app is being made lighter and faster to keep pace with Bangladesh's growing mobile internet user base.
There are also plans to bring locally made gaming content to Bangladesh — games rooted in the country's folk culture and heritage that truly feel like our own. That vision is what drives 8upd.
8upd's goal is to reach 1 million active members by 2026. The most powerful tool on that journey will be trust — because once trust is lost, it rarely comes back. That's why maintaining it in every action and every decision remains 8upd's highest priority.
